Policies

Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

For detailed shipping information, see FAQ's Page. We are proud to offer free shipping anywhere in the United States. 

Please allow between 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. For international orders, if more than 45 days have passed please email us at switchswimwear@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Returns

Our return policy lasts for a period of 30 days from date of arrival to your home. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn (Having not touched your privates)
  • In its original condition (New)
  • Not washed in a washing machine

We recommend testing your swimsuit in your sink once you have received it. This can be done by simply running under hot or cold water to test the color change effect. We recommend holding the swimsuit up to your body to ensure sanitary fitment before returning the swimsuit to us. The reasoning behind this is that it ensures a sanitary business and clean swimsuits in our inventory, we utilize the returns for free giveaways and other business marketing ventures (If they meet quality standards, of course).  

Include a note in the return with your name, order number, and whether you want an exchange or a refund. For exchanges, please state what you would like to exchange for and the desired size. Any package without this note cannot be processed. This note serves as verification and additional information on our end.  

As the buyer, you are responsible for all costs of shipping the package to us for processing. Simply include the note mentioned above, and ship to this address: 103 Fox Valley Ct., Longwood, FL, 32779. Once your package is received and verified, we will process your refund immediately! 

The Refund:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your refund is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment ASAP. If for some reason your return is rejected (See Returns Section for acceptance criteria) then you have the option for us to dispose of the suit on our end, or for us to ship the suit back to you, free of charge). 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your email to see if it has been processed by us. Then check your bank account to see if the return has posted. 
Sometimes there is a delay between when we process the refund and when it is posted on your account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

All items may be returned and refunded, with exception of items purchased utilizing a discount code of 50% off or more. 

Exchanges 

We offer free exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Follow the process highlighted in the "Returns" section for an exchange. We also offer size exchanges, however at an additional cost of $10 per swimsuit.

The reason behind this size exchange cost is that during an exchange, we still pay the costs of sourcing the swimsuit. It would not be a sustainable business if we gave everybody free size exchanges.

Shipping Returns/Exchanges

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 103 Fox Valley Ct, Longwood, FL, 32779.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on the returned items. Depending on where you live, it may take more time for your exchanged product to reach you or for your return to be received.

If you are shipping an item over $20, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If for some reason your item does not make it to us, we cannot process your order as a full return or exchange. We have worked with customers in the past to remedy certain situations, as we pride ourselves in great customer service and care. 

Bulk Orders 

The title "bulk order" is applied to any order sold to a supplier over 10 pieces. All bulk orders are sold as is. We will work diligently to ensure quality with our partners, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges for bulk orders due to the extreme financial burden.
